Classic shoulder season hiking.  Kallahne and the Deeks route are not very travelled so be prepared for minor (wet!) bushwhacking and routefinding.

About 1900m elevation gain and 26km.  

Some lovely views if we are lucky enough not to be in a cloud.  Deeks Lake is lovely in all weather and I’ve read that Lost Lake is super nice as well.

Steady moderate pace.

Please bring rain gear and layers for a longing day and a headlamp.  If you use poles,  this will be a great trip for them!
