This is rated a moderate scramble with a chimney ascent for the summit of Needle.  I don't have a good sense of the snow conditions beyond a recent trip report, so I suggest an ice axe and spikes.  The weather forecast is slightly more optimistic in the Coquihalla area.  Plan to move at a moderate but social pace and stop for lunch.   It's 8.7km, 880m elevation gain, plus Flatiron.  https://www.alltrails.com/trail/canada/british-columbia/needle-peak-trail
