Work day on Sigurd Trail (Este-tiwilh/Sigurd Creek Conservancy, Squamish):

• The BCMC has a Volunteer Partnership with BC Parks to maintain the Conservancy's trails;
• Remove blowdowns from Sigurd Trail;
• Carry supplies for trail improvements.

We will be working on the Sigurd Trail between trailhead (Ashlu Road) and the Crooked Falls junction.

This is a small work party, three people max:

• One sawyer (confirmed);
• Two additional people to help carry supplies, gear, and manage hiker traffic;
• Beginners welcome but note this is a steep trail and you'll be carrying bulky supplies;
• Attendees must wear hiking boots--no light hikers or trail runners.

Safety gear will be supplied if you don't have any PPE (personal protective equipment)
