This trip is only open to BCMC Mentorship Program participants. Preference will be given to mentees of the organizer (mentor). The organizer can open this trip to other mentees/mentors if needed.

Trip details:

Day 1: Drive to Squamish after work, grab dinner and a beer, then find a spot to camp on the Chance Creek/Roe Creek FSR.

Day 2: Wake early and go for Cypress Peak via Matt Gunn's scrambles route. Road is currently closed at ~700m elevation, making for a roughly 1400 m elevation gain day.

Further details to be worked out amongst group.

Gear: List of Gear required for the trip

Snowshoes, crampons, ice axe, avi gear, clothing layers suitable for conditions, car camping gear.
