Rather than an overnighter, propose a car camp or stay in Pemberton to allow an early start.

Driving route will be off Rutherford Creek FSR sooner and take a branch FSR to a cutblock at about 50.18'16''N 122.54'43"W, and then contour round into the Pemberton Creek valley and approach the east side of Ipsoot. As always, weather will have final say on trip status. Plan B could be something in the Chilliwack or Coquihalla area

Recommend all participants be on skis for efficiency/consistency purposes. 

Know before you go. Have at least AST1 and very good fitness; it will be a big day. Crevasse rescue gear might be wise; regardless, this should not be your first time on a glacier.
