Come explore the Fraser Valley with a hike up Mount St. Benedict located near Mission. I haven't done this one before but it seems like a reasonable objective for a possibly drizzly day.
Hike is approx. 11km, 1,020km elevation gain. Expect to take around 6.5 hours hiking at a mellow to moderate pace.
Meet at the Husky Station on Lougheed HWY in Hatzic, just before turning north to Davis Lake PP/trailhead. Meet at 8:30, leave at 8:45. Other meeting point can be agreed amongst participants. I can take 3 others with pick up in Maple Ridge or Mission.
Be sure to bring 10 essentials and appropriate clothing/footwear for possibly wet and muddy conditions.
