We have 1 spot available ( plus one pending) to hike the West Coast Trail from Gordon River (South) to Pachena Bay (North). Departure on the 07:00pm ferry Monday the 6th, grab a motel or car camp to make an early check in and start time on Tuesday the 7th. Goal is to reach Pachena before 1 pm on Monday the 13th (6 days) in order to catch the shuttle back to Gordon River. Participants must be flexible in case the hike takes an extra day.

Distance is 75km which sounds short for a 6 day trip however some sections have minimal daily advancement. We are looking for someone interested in an advanced hike at a moderate pace, has good humour, is self sufficient and have your own gear. 

Checkpoints and camps for the trip will be discussed in pre trip planning sessions along with vehicle transportation.

Cost is estimated at:

- $210.- each for the park fee,

- ferry and shared vehicle costs TBD,

- parking costs abt $5-$10 per day,

- shuttle abt $90.- ea

- plus your own costs for consumables.
