There will be a full moon on Wednesday, February 16th. He rises at 17:37 that afternoon. (Sunset is at 17:34.)

The goal of this trip is to hike or snowshoe up Hollyburn, so as to arrive on top in time to see the sunset and moonrise.  It being two days after Valentine's Day, we may also have to eat chocolate.

We will start hiking at the beginning of the Hollyburn hikers'/snowshoers' route at 15:30.

The trip will only proceed if the weather that day is reasonable, i.e. we can see the sunset and moonrise. Decision to be made that morning.

Perhaps the group will go somewhere for a drink or supper after getting down.

If anyone wants to carpool, I suggest they meet at Saint David's at 15:00 sharp.
