Route Description: Start across the bridge and make a left turn onto the Lower Lynn Loop Trail. Follow this for approximately 2km before joining the Cedar Mills Trail. Continue on this trail to the 3rd debris chute. Follow the upper trails (Headwaters & Lynn Loop) back for a harder return trip or simply double back and return to the bridge the way you came!
Conditions: Was there on Sunday the 23rd and there was quite a bit of hard packed snow/ice along the trail. Good traction is a must and trekking poles might help too.
Notes: Would be great to meet up in the car park just before the run to do a quick introduction and a run down of the route. Please feel free to run as a group or individually!
