Newish or rusty skier? This is the trip for you! Come on down to the freshly opened to the public Coquihalla for some skiing on some gentle slopes. My inclination is the easily accessible slopes off of Thar (not a ski to the summit, which might be beyond this group). You are expected to have some ability in skiing: blue runs at Whistler, some familiarity with survival skiing through trees, but you don't have to be fast or graceful. Knowledge of avalanche safety is a must (AST1 appreciated), and as there may be car pooling: vax and mask is strongly encouraged.
