Early season trip into the Tricouni area from BR200 to shake off the cobwebs and explore the snowpack after the most recent/ongoing storm. Planned route is to drive as far as the vehicles will allow and then head up the FSR into the basin SW of the peak. Depending on visibility can do some mellow skiing around here, dig some pits, and just explore how the alpine is filling in. Likely it is going to be very wet so be prepared for that (goretex, backpack rain covers).
