An early season trip to check if there's snow around Shovelnose Creek/Mount Fee area. I've been following the weather forecast for the past couple of days and there should be some skiable snow, but don't have high expectations. We'll drive as high as we can, but be prepared to hike 100-200m to reach the snowline. I have a high clearance 4WD and can drive 3 others. We'll be moving at a comfortable pace, expecting to gain ~600m in elevation. Please take a look at the map and familiarize yourself with the area we are going into (Baldwin book page 91).
