We will have access via the Furry Creek FSR to the start of the trail which will save 10 km of walking on the FSR.  Then it is about a ten km hike up to the hut with an elevation gain of about 800 m. The hut has mats for six and a propane heater.  Bring all your own cooking equipment.  From the hut, you can scramble up Mt. Sheer or even make a longer trip to Sky Pilot. Lots of scope for exploration
