Friday to Tuesday Watersprite Lake Hut-based Trail Work Party

Fly in and out without charge and with the option for people to walk in/out, if they choose. The cost of the flights and cabin fees will be paid by the BCMC project.

Itinerary: Upper Trail

- Repair/replace damaged boardwalk & non-slip on boardwalks

- Remove boardwalk segments, stairs in rerouted sections that are no longer used

- Clean up and restore sections of rerouted trail that are no longer used

- If time permits, work on a re-route up the last rockslide to the lake and brush out the upper section of the trail

People will need to supply their own work gloves and food. Everyone is welcome to stay in the hut or bring a tent, whichever you are more comfortable with. Further details in the planning forum.
