3-day trip to climb West side routes on Sawkwatch Peak (Mount Rexford) and Nesakwatch Spires.

North Ridge of Nesakawatch North Spire: PD+, low-5th 

North Ridge Nesakwatch South Spire:  AD-, 5.7

Sawkwatch Peak (Mount Rexford) West Ridge: AD-, low-5th

Enswakwatch Peak is another name for Mount Rexford

We will meet at 6 am in the IGA parking lot in Walnut Grove (Exit 58 on Hwy 1) and then carpool from there. We will need two AWD/4WD cars to get to Slesse Memorial Trailhead. It will take us about 3 hours to reach the trailhead. We will hike up on Nesakwatch Creek FSR, Rexford Spur to get on Mount Rexford Trail. It will take us about 4 hours to hike 5 km and gain 1350 m to get to the alpine basin where we will be camping for two nights. Depending on the group we will select the routes from the options listed above.

Trip Start Date: August 6 (Friday), 7 am at IGA Parking Lot in Walnut Grove (20159 88 Ave, Langley Twp, BC V1M 0A4) 

Trip End Date: August 8 (Sunday), the return might be around midnight or later.

Participants should be comfortable scrambling / simul climbing on airy low-5th class terrain with a day pack.
