The BCMC Executive would like to invite you to a Volunteer Appreciation Event to say "THANK YOU' to the many people that made an amazing season of a variety of events possible!

This Volunteer Appreciation Event is open to the many energetic volunteers who have contributed so much in organizing trips, courses, and providing much needed help with building/repairing our cabins and trails, to make the BCMC a great and successful club.   

 If you have volunteered or are volunteering for the BCMC, please come and enjoy an evening of food and community.   

We will be providing sandwiches (individually wrapped).  Bring your own non-alcoholic drinks and utensils.  You are welcome to bring your own BBQ stove and cook your own food.  There will be no food sharing.

Where                  John Hendry Park (Trout Lake), by Lakewood Avenue and East 19th Avenue, Vancouver

When                   Tuesday, July 13^th, 2021; 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

RSVP:                   If you are able to attend, please make sure you RSVP by Thursday, July 8th, so we know how many sandwiches to order!

You are welcome to bring games, stories, blankets, chairs, or anything else that will provide you with a comfortable experience when mingling with fellow BCMC volunteers

Bring your own non-alcoholic drinks.  Alcohol is not permitted at this park, so please be responsible and BYOB (bring your own beverage) of choice. 

Lastly... all participants are expected to adhere to the BC Government and BC Health Authority COVID guidelines (Maximum number of participants = 50 as per Provincial Health Order)
