Weekly hiking conditioning training on the Grouse Grind Trail at Grouse Mountain.
Meet at the trail start Gate at 4:30pm for attendance and introductions
Go at your own pace, and we will meet at the top to enjoy the view - grab a drink from the café if you want
Pre-Book a download time on the grouse website - or purchase at the top (in the shop). I will be taking the Gondola down. For those wanting to hike down - This is not allowed on the Grind - please do so at your own risk on the BCMC Trail (which is temp. closed) and detours via the Larsen Trail
