Wake up at the crack of stupid to cross the Squamish River at dawn and try and get right up to the top of Lapworth or somewhere equally awesome. This could go one of 2 ways: 1) Amazing hike with super-sweet views in a relatively rarely-visited area or 2) Death-scramble up wet rocks to Echo Lake dragging a backpack and snowshoes, taking twice as long as we thought because we underestimated the condition of the trail this time of year, followed by a couple hours bushwhacking to nowhere before deciding "fuck it" and proceeding downhill for beers by the river in the dark.
