Brandywine Mountain

Location: Metal Dome winter parking lot on Callaghan Valley Rd

Trip Plan:.

Plan is to summit Brandywine Mountain from the Callaghan Valley side.  Total distance is 20km with approximately 1,650m of elevation gain. 

Please consider your fitness level carefully before joining this trip. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB ON SKINS AT A MODERATE PACE FOR 8-9 HOURS.  

Skier level should be advanced to expert.  The descent gives a couple options for steep skiing, if conditions allow.  We'll be looking for a couple chutes.  

Trip organizer reserves the right to select participants based on past trips and skier experience.

All participants should follow the COVID related guidelines posted on BCMC website.

• Separate vehicles for all participants, no carpooling.  
• Physical distance will be maintained throughout the day.
