Garibladi Neve Traverse, from South to North. The plan is to ideally complete the traverse in 2 days. Day 1 camp by the Elfin shelter. Day 2 up very early to get past Ring Creek while still cold and then tackle the Neve. Time and energy levels permitting, traverse Garibaldi Lake and out via the Rubble Creek trail.
I would be open to extending the trip to 3 days if the group were so inclined, with the option of camping by the glaciology huts on Day 2.
While I am the trip organizer, this is by no means a guided trip. You will be expected to do your own independent research of the route so you are familiar with it. Preference will go to those who have completed the traverse before. Participants MUST have AST1 and crevasse rescue as a minimum.
The trip is weather dependent and will be postponed if conditions don't look favourable (e.g. poor visibility). There will be a Zoom call the week of to discuss logistics, etc.
