Basic outline:

Plan is to head up Rohr Ridge and ski Rocky Horror Powder Show. Trip for intermediate backcountry skiers who know their gear and how to travel in avalanche terrain. Good level of fitness is needed, we'll be traveling at a moderate but consistent rate of speed. Trip is subject to weather and avy conditions being appropriate. We will make a decision ~2-3 days before and may choose a more conservative objective on the Duffey. For last minute questions and updates contact me by phone.

Meetup and logistics:

Meet at the Salt shed on the Duffey at 7:30 am (km 17 on Duffey map, I will post coordinates in planning forum). Unless BCMC and Public Health guidelines change, carpooling is only allowed with your household/bubble.

After answering the questions, the tool must return a "You do not need a COVID-19 test at this time" or a "You don't appear to have symptoms of COVID-19" result.

• Digital transceiver, Metal Shovel, Probe
• Headlamp
• Ski touring equipment or splitboard + skins
• Navigation tools (gps/phone with battery backup)
• First aid and repair kit
