Daytrip up Mt Price

Meeting Place: Rubble Creek Trailhead (Barrier Trail)
Meeting Time: 7:00am

Trip Plan:

4-5 hours - 12.5km from Parking Area (500m) to Garibaldi Lake (1,450m). Gain 950m elevation.
2-2.5 hours - 4 km from Garibaldi Lake (1,450m) to Mt Price Summit (2,046m). Gain 575m elevation.

Plan is to ski Mt Price.  Depending on conditions, time of day and group fitness, we might attempt a second lap.  Bring a headlamp.

Please consider your fitness level carefully before joining this trip. PARTICIPANTS MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB ON SKINS AT A MODERATE PACE FOR 8-10 HOURS.  

All participants should follow the COVID related guidelines posted on BCMC website.

• Separate vehicles for all participants, no carpooling.  
• Physical distance will be maintained throughout the day.
