As per pg 104 of Baldwin, 15km + 1160m of vertical. Take the rainbow trail up ~3km, swing SW up into a valley between Sproatt and the unnamed ridge between Sproatt and Gin, and then south to the head of the valley, east to the summit. If the skiing looks better off the aforementioned unnamed ridge I'd be open to climb that rather than Sproatt proper. (West from the valley head then north till we find a line to ski)

Skis/split, skins, boots, beaconprobeshovel. Standard backcountry skiing gear. 

Mask. 

Must be generally self-reliant in the mountains.
