Hanes Valley FL

Full circuit: Lynn Valley to Lynn Valley by way of Hanes Valley and Grouse: 30+ km. 

Trip Description: 

Leaving from End of the Line general store (Lynn Valley Road at Dempsey in North Vancouver). A moderately paced hike and hustle up the Hanes Valley past Grouse Mountain and back to Lynn Valley down several trails. Pace will be suitable as a slow trail run or moderate hike. We plan to travel very light and keep the group moving. 

Expected distance 30+ km. Expected time ~8hours+ regrouping along the way.
