Extended scrambling north of Wigeon Lake. The goal of this trip is the climb the Middle Finger of the Five Fingers group with possible ascents of Peneplain and Obelisk on the way there or back. You must be comfortable scrambling with an overnight pack in order to come on this trip, as there will be extensive travel on 3rd class terrain.
If people are able to leave a day earlier or later, it will increase our chances of being able to get a good weather window for the trip.
We'll fly in and out of Wigeon Lake by float plane and the cost will probably be around $120-$150 per person. Please note that while travelling by float plane is much cheaper than by helicopter, it shares one major limitation: the need for visibility in order to fly. There is always a chance we`ll be stuck at Wigeon Lake for an extra day or two if we don't have good weather on our fly out day. If you absolutely, positively have to be back in town on the day after we plan to fly out, this probably isn't the trip for you.
