I was in this area last week and have familiarity with the conditions and routes. The newly-cleared trail in to the NC cabin will take roughly 3 1/2 hours, and we can use the cabin as our staging camp. You can bring tents if desired, as there are good places right behind the structure, however you could get by with just your sleeping bag.
We'll have a video conf call on Wednesday or Thursday night, however here's the rough agenda:
Saturday: drive in and short hike to north creek cabin
Sunday: Pebble Peak (snow & glacier travel, scrambling)
Monday: Early start for Delilah (steep snow, scrambling and glacier travel) and return to cabin, then hike out. Evening return to the city.
This is unforgiving backcountry terrain, so all participants must be experienced, capable, and appropriately-equipped. Glacier gear required. The best participants are those that contribute to the success of the trip and are able to lead at times. For your safety and that of the others, consider the question "Could I perform this trip on my own"?
