Fast paced, long day, the loop starts from Alta Lake Rd to reach Skywalk South, and then along the East Ridge to the summit. Return the normal route via Rainbow Lake. Probably 10 hrs at a good speed. Bring an ice axe, gaiters, optional helmet, there is still plenty of snow higher up. No weenie huggers please, you are not allowed to swim in Rainbow Lake.
