School is over on Thursday and it's time to pack tents, marshmallows and climbing gear and get the kids on the rock!

We'll pitch our tents at the Cal-Cheak Recreation Site (46km north of Squamish) on Friday morning and head to the Cal-Cheak climbing area, where we'll climb kids-friendly routes at Huckleberry Lane and other cliffs nearby. We'll camp there for one night.

On Saturday we'll aim to climb a bit at Electric Avenue (Chek area) and then in Squamish (either at The Playground or the Smoke Bluffs), heading back to Vancouver on late afternoon or early evening.

The Cal-Cheak campground has 55 sites and is first-come, first-serve, so it's important to try to get there early. We'll discuss a plan B in the trip forum.
