• Inter River Park to the Seymour Dam Lookout and back
• About 2.5hours
• Max elevation of ~220m and a total elevation gain of 539m
• Meet at 5:30pm

• Extra bike tube or repair kit
• Bike lights
• Light jacket
• Water
