This trip is to Knothole Sk Peak (1918 m) above Knothole Lake and south of Pinecone Peak. We will drive the Mamquam FSR to KM 21. We park there. If we can't reach that then we can return and ski up Martin Peak from the south and down the Watersprite winter route.

The trip is roughly 9 km and 1500 meters elevation gain, one way. If you're a snowboarder you need to check with me first.

Suitable trip for intermediate or better skiers. Fitness level must be reasonable but you don't need to be a marathon runner. if you're planning on bringing a snowboard, check with me first.

Headlamp required and spare batteries. Avalanche beacons, shovels required. Bring warm clothes.
