Aim to ski around Mount Chief Pascall, perhaps either Equinox or explore the eastern side accessed from Cerise Creek.

This will be a faster paced trip and not beginner friendly. Should expect the usual steep tight trees on icy slopes on the exit ski. Should be comfortable with backcountry navigation and happy skiing 35 degree slopes in any condition (but hopefully in powder).

Bring the usual ski touring essentials.

I'll be in Pemberton already so those coming from Vancouver can meet as usual Meet at St David's Church at 5:45am Sunday morning and aiming for Mt Currie Coffee around 8am depending on Whistler traffic. Parking in the Duffy has been limited of late and not getting a spot is a real risk if late.
