Silverdaisy is probably more of a tour than a ski, and mostly climbs up old logging and mining roads. Logging roads typically have branches and detours that can lead no-where. I have not been to Silverdaisy before, but would like to check it out. This will be great opportunity to stretch your legs during the long weekend. It is a pretty long tour with a lot of elevation gain.

As always, avalanche safety gear is mandatory: beacon, shovel and probe. You should be comfortable with winter, backcountry navigation.
