This is my first time in the area. I am curious to see what the potential is for skiing. After checking what the conditions will be, I have decided to bring avy gear for this trip. Approx. 30 cm of new snow will come down on Saturday. Wind is coming from the south east. Expect some wind loading on the north west aspects. There is already a snowpack of more than a meter in the alpine. This will be a good recon mission for those who want to ski later on. This is going to be a long trip. Expect to come late back home. Bring the 10 essentials. 

Headlamp, snowshoes, avy gear and know how to use it, are required. 

Optional item might be ramen. I am bringing a stove to make ramen.
