The forecast is for up to 50cm of new snow above 1500m, so let's head towards black tusk to get above that limit.

This will be a fast paced trip, and will involve slogging up the Garibaldi switch backs in the rain, bring approach shoes to save your feet.

Expect new snow but with little to no base. 

More a fitness trip than a ski touring trip.  Will involve a lot of hiking with skis in your back. 

Bring the usual ski touring essentials.
