Due to the trip organizer (me) sustaining a significant back injury, this specific BCMC trip will be cancelled because I can't ride for at least another 4-6 weeks.

I encourage other BCMCers to re-group and re-organize on their own or via a brand new BCMC event.

I'd like to give away my Parks Canada pass if someone would like it.

Basic outline:
Beverages at the Trapper Snowboards factory Friday night.
Full day shredding the classics in The Pass Saturday.
Back to town to take part in the Splitfest festivities (canucksplitfest.com)
A slightly shorter day Sunday; try to be on the highway for no later than 16:00.

Mandatory equip:
Splitboard (skiers are begrudgingly invited)
Parks Canada Annual Winter Permit - Do the quiz in advance
Parks Canada Pass (I can share my group pass for those in my truck, but a second vehicle will need their own)

Nice if you have them (I carry all of these):
inReach / VHF
Phone in IP67 case (If you use Gaia/Avenza, bring a phone battery pack)
Notebook

Meetup and logistics:
12:30 meeting at the Chevron at Boundary near Grandview. 12:35 departure. Fuel costs shared on an equal "cost plus" basis. I have booked an Airbnb with 5 beds (sleeps 6) for a total of $983. Obviously equal shares.

If someone wants to assist in co-organizing accommodation, and we are good with splitting into multiple smaller groups for the actual riding, I think we can expand this trip to more people. Please email or call me if you can step-up.
