Forecast for Thursday looks promising, so I'm setting up a trip for Thursday this week. Let's hope the weather holds.

While I'm sure the more experienced climbers will be happy to share their knowledge, this is not a climbing course. Every participant must be able to belay and is expected to have some top roping experience (indoors or outdoors). We will find an area with a variety of grades that match the participants' preference.

Meeting: 4:50PM, parking lot of St. David's United Church at Taylor Way & Hwy 1
Departure: 5:00PM sharp
We climb until sunset 

Please be punctual, as we have limited daylight.

You can coordinate rides to the meeting place on the planning forum. We will organize carpooling to Squamish at the church.

All participants must bring their personal climbing gear (harness, belay device, locking biner, climbing shoes) and a headlamp (we may be returning to the parking lot after dark). Also highly recommended is a helmet, prussik for rappelling, water, and snacks.

Ropes & anchor material for this event are provided by participants and not by the club. If you have a full strength climbing rope and anchor material, please bring it.
