This is not a course. Please assess your skills and experience safely

We will be walking around the lower Coleman glacier and practicing our ice skills! We will practice crevasse rescue, building ice anchors and traveling on a glacier. The majority of this will be unroped, solo travel up to, with some options for ice climbing if conditions allow.  This is not a course and you must have some experience. However, it will be a beginner friendly trip and will be a good introduction to ice!

Bring your own personal gear glacier travel/rescue and traveling safely in the mountains. 

Bring snacks to share!

The planning forum will be used to co-ordinate group equipment such as ropes and anchor materials.
