Hike up the BCMC and down the McKay creek trail.  A bit of conditioning for the summer.  Meet on the street where Grouse Woods Dr. intersects with Eagle Ct. This is about 300m East of Capalano Rd.  There is a trail that heads up next to the creek and lots of parking.  We will hike up the BCMC trail, and then down the McKay creek trail for a nice two hour loop.  This will be a reasonably fast paced trip.  Bring your head lamps just in case.
