A pleasant hike to a peak east of Stave Lake, close to the Mission area. The forest trail passes by Mckay Lake. After breaking out of the trees, up top are great views of Stave Lake and the area's surrounding mountains including Crickmer, Robie Reid and the Judge along with Westminster Abbey (in Mission vs across the pond in London).

Meeting Spot: Braid Station @ 9am or Boundary Chevron prior to for those it suits better 

Stats: 11km, 1030m gain, 18.7% ave grade, high point 1278m
