Checking the weather for tomorrow (Thursday), it'll be a warm day for a local hike and dip.
Base training hike from Grouse heading east on the Baden-Powell Trail to Lynn Canyon ending with a cold, refreshing dip. It's a well maintained trail so a pair of trail runners should suffice.
All levels welcome. We'll go at a moderate pace but if some would like to go faster/ slower, we can easily split the group and all meet at Lynn; so no pressure to keep up or slow down. Go at your own pace. Also, if you want to train w/ a heavier pack, this is a good trail to train on.
*Please note, except for water breaks, we won't be stopping until we get to Lynn Canyon.
Questions:
Please wait about 5 seconds after you have joined the group for the "Questions for Participants" to pop up; please answer all the questions. And if you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message.
Transportation (car free):
This is a linear hike, so unless you wish to hike back to Grouse, easiest to take the bus to Grouse, and then we'll take the bus back from Lynn to Lonsdale
