Basic outline:
Gain the ridge W of Chief Pascal, consider a short warm-up lap, reach the col between the main peak and W1, drop in to the main line, straight shot to the valley bottom.

Mandatory equip:
Skis or split / boots / poles / skins / all that good stuff
Beacon / probe / shovel
Headlamp / 1st aid / tools & spare parts for your setup
Lunch / drink / appropriate clothing / spare layers and gloves
Sunnies / goggles

Strong recommend:
Helmet

PLB / VHF
Phone in IP67 case (If you use a mapping app, bring a phone battery pack)
Baldwin or NRCAN Topo / CAA Notebook

Meetup and logistics:
06:00 meeting at the rear parking lot of St. David's Church, West Van. 06:05 departure. I can drive me+2. Returning to West Van at whatever time we end up back there. 17:00? Later if we stop for burritos on the way home. Expect a $20 share of fuel as per BCMC guidelines.
