We will hike and run on Baden Powell trail from Grouse Mountain to Deep Cove. Please wear runners. Expecting to finish in four and half hours. We will have lunch at Deep Cove.It is 3 hours max free parking in Deep Cove parking lot . So it is better to find free parking on the street.
