We'll try to hike this loop. It's about 15.5 km with 1000m of elevation gain. I have not traveled this route before. Portions of it are off-trail, so be prepared for possible bushwhacking, route-finding, scrambling, and other obstacles.
There will be some snow. A recent post on bivouac says, "Snowline was about 1550m elevation with upwards of 2 feet of fresh snow above 1800m elevation - a slog in boots to reach the ridgeline north of Cypress Peak." A separate post from Nov 4th reports snow to mid-calf near Brew hut (1650m).
Gear required: Headlamp, adequate traction (some combination of poles, micro-spikes, ice-axe, or crampons).
Possible additional gear: snowshoes, avalanche gear. My preference is to not take snowshoes and just turn around if the snow gets to be too much, but I could be persuaded otherwise. We can discuss on the planning forum. If there's enough snow to need snowshoes, then there's enough for avalanches, so bring you beacon, shovel, & probe along with snowshoes.
