Long day to hike from the top of the S2S Gondola to climb the alpine 7-pitch 5.9 Escape Velocityr oute on Mt Habrich.

Only experienced alpine rock climbers who are comfortable leading 5.9 will be considered.  The hiking pace will need to be moderate if we want to make it back on the last gondola.

Meet on St David's church in North Van to carpool or directly on the Gondola parking lot depending on participants, get the first Gondola up move fast and climb Habrich and either take the last Gondola down or stay overnight depending on group preferences.

Potentially if people are interested and the weather is good we will stay overnight in the mountains and Sunday do SkyPilot or Copilot, so let me know if you would be interested on staying a second day or just do Habrich and we can plan accordingly on the Planning Forum. If weather is good I would probably like to stay overnight but we can split the group on decide

I have a single rack .3 to 3 and rope 10.2mm, that I am happy to bring but if 4 people we will need to two ropes and another rack. Everyone needs to be familiar with the route/s that we will do as this is not a guided trip.
