This is a great conditioning hike (short/steep) to get your motor running...Currently, the snow line starts about half way up (micro spikes-yes). Should also be quite a bit of rain on Wed. so bring your umbrella swim trunks, or maybe even a rain suit. I plan on hiking down as well (change of clothes-yes) unless the group consensus is that the chalet is a safer/better/warmer alternative ($10 fee for chalet).
