Who's ready for a 'Good Friday', and a Summit Saturday ?

Friday: skin up Brohm Ridge toward Warren Glacier 

Overnight on or near glacier (most likely off the glacier and just inside the park boundary).

Saturday: Alpine start following the route in Alpine Select, page 184. Glacier travel, crevasses, and steep snow are expected as well as a bergschrund. Intent is to skin up as high as possible, then boot pack to the summit. 

With this being a long weekend, there is potential to turn into a 3 day trip; to be determined beforehand by group. 

Trip is weather dependent and will be postponed if conditions, including avalanche forecast, are deemed unsafe

Needless to say, the appropriate AT, glacier & overnight gear, conditioning, training and experience are required. Ice tools or a second axe might be advised for the final steep snow section around and above the 'schrund

Access up the road will be graded snow, and so if anyone has chains and a capable vehicle, it could be needed. The road will be traveled by the snow cats of the snow mobile club there and we will encounter some sleds on the way up but outside the park borders.  

Participate only if you have researched this route (or done it before) sufficiently enough to lead and have the experience and confidence to do so. This will be a team effort
