Trip Description

Get your legs in shape for the ski season!

Bike up to the base of Grouse then hike up the Grind. Followed by optional hot chocolate celebrations with a great view of the city.

If you don't have a Grouse pass, you'll need to pay $12 to download on the gondola.

Meet at the Petro Canada on Capilano Rd and Marine Drive at 10am. We will bike up Capilano Rd to Grouse. Note there are bike lanes for only parts of the road so you must be comfortable biking in traffic.

I highly encourage only folks who can hike Grouse Grind under 60 min to participate in this event.

Bike helmets mandatory for the bike ride.

 

NOTE: If there's snow on the road, we will have to drive or bus up to Grouse. In this situation, we'll meet at the Grind trailhead at 10:30am
