Spearhead Huts – Kees and Claire Hut Construction – July to Sept 2017

The Kees and Clare Hut is now under construction near Russet Lake in Garibaldi Prov. Park. The goal for summer 2017 is to build the foundations and install a greywater dispersion field. Volunteers are needed to help with camp maintenance, carpentry, formwork, pouring concrete, drainage, septic systems, earthwork and landscaping. You will fly in/out from the Whistler Heliport and stay in a comfortable camp with tents and food provided. You’ll be guided by a professional site supervisor and work with a fun team in a beautiful location. Shifts range from 3 to 6 days. Help create this wonderful facility for backcountry recreation.
