I'm headed to Comox over the July long weekend and hoping to check out some of the crags on the island, notably the Comox/Cumberland Lake area and Horne Lake. This trip is to do some trad and sport climbing around Comox Lake on Saturday; with another trip posted for Horne Lake on Sunday. If you're interested in both days, there's camping options available around the Comox Valley including the Comox Lake campground, Airforce Beach in Comox, Horne Lake provincial park, and Sproat Lake.

There's a wide variety of routes around Comox Lake, between trad, sport, and a handful of multi-pitch routes.
