Summer has arrived, and winter is slowly fading away. There's still some snow in the mountains, even so, this is probably the last ski trip of the season (for me). Access Cloudburst via the west side, along the Squamish River. Check out Baldwin's description on Page 89. I don't think this is a challenging tour, so beginners are welcome. I've never been there before, so there might be a few wrong turns, some backtracking, and some hiking involved.
Must have avalanche beacon, shovel and probe. Bring food and water for the day. Bring sunscreen. Lots of sunscreen.
